Crane Rental & Rigging Log Jam Removal Project, Union Bridge, MD
This was another in-water rigging project done by MATR Crane Rental & Rigging, but this time in December (which is very cold here) and required dry suits to be worn by the rigger. A large log jam was preventing water flow through a multi-tube system under the the Lehigh Hanson Cement Manufacturing Plant in Union Bridge, MD.
Owner of MATR Crane and Rigging, Mike Green, performed in-water rigging utilizing a dry suit to rig logs from a log-jamb in near freezing water and mid-30’s air temps.
This large log jamb was preventing water flow through a multi-tube system under the facility.
